Professional Training in Germany and Worldwide
Be prepared - better safe than sorry
Duty of Care - gesetzliche Fürsorgepflicht für Entsender.
Preparing and supporting your employees for overseas travel is not just good practice—it’s your legal responsibility. Companies are required by law to protect the lives and health of their teams, especially when working or traveling in high-risk regions. This means ensuring your staff are well-prepared and supported throughout their journeys.
Krisenwerk is here to help with practical, results-driven training. Our courses highlight real risks and make them visible and tangible for everyone involved. We build confidence and competence, so your team feels secure and ready—no matter where their work takes them. Explore the training options below to see how we help you strengthen your Duty of Care, boosting safety, resilience, and trust.
In addition to our HEAT (Hostile Environment Awareness Training) and travel security programs, we offer at least one-day courses in First Aid under difficult conditions (also known as HEFAT). We also provide at least one-day training on gender-based violence in international cooperation.
Expert lectures round out our services, either as standalone events or as supplements to our training programs.
We work closely with your organization to customize every training to your specific needs.
Whoever you are, wherever you come from, whatever your personal views or identity—you are always welcome with us.
